Irish band Wild Youth dropped into The Morrison Hotel  after their sold out gig in The Olympia to be the first to see one of their lyrics adorn the wall of Room 329.

The band (Callum McAdam, Ed Porter, Conor O’ Donoghue, David Whelan) chose the lyric “I’m too broken hearted, too hurt for this party, it’s Saturday night and I don’t want to be alone”  from their bestselling debut EP The Last Goodbye.

Wild Youth and their lyric joins a long list of Irish talent whose lyrics are painted onto rooms throughout the hotel. From Hozier to Kodaline,  Shane Filan to Thin Lizzy Irish music and lyrics come to life in a stunning way bringing musical art to the rooms.

Wild Youth said: “When we started writing songs together, obviously we always hoped that they would reach as many people as possible but the response to Can’t Move On has blown our minds. The song and that lyric has changed our lives so seeing it on the wall of The Morrison, on TV or hearing it on radio is really surreal.”
